Join our Beginner Level Pole Fitness course, suitable for anyone and everyone!
Ideally, this course is for complete beginners with no prior strength or pole training.
Many people walk in thinking they will want to commit to a new exercise regimen. And many do!
However, you end up walking away with so much more!
There are many benefits of doing regular pole dance classes, physical, mental as well as emotional too.
So much so, that even the celebrities are at it!
And if it’s good enough for the likes of Madonna and JLo, then it’s got to be worth a crack for the rest of us right?
Months from now, you’ll wish you started TODAY!
Initially, the course is one hour a week for 4 weeks, to be repeated for a further 4 weeks.
In the first 4 weeks you will learn: Spins, Poses, Transitions, Floor work, and Climbing.
By weeks 4/5 is where you start to get noticeably stronger, and see subtle muscle tone changes.
So we up the anti by giving you more demanding spins and exercises. Such as, sitting (ON the pole!), standing and preparing you for inverting (going upside down).
